How This Party Package Works:
What this party includes:
- 2hrs Room hire
- 1.5hrs Entertainment for the children
- Food and drinks for the children
Party Structure:
- Room hire is 2 hours, disco length is 1.5 hours, allowing 15 minutes at the beginning for all your guests to arrive and 15 minutes at the end for the cake.
- Children will be able to dance their hearts out in the disco room, which will have a professional PA system, microphones and spectacular disco lights.
- Your personal entertainer will focus on the birthday child making sure they feel extra special, while at the same time ensuring everyone else is also having lots of fun.
- They will teach structured dances, choose children to sing on the microphones and play various interactive party games.
- We stop part way through the disco for the food and drink break. During this time the entertainer will apply tattoos on the children.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
Extra Children: $20.00 per child after 10
Additional Disco Time: $60.00 per 30 minutes
Travel Surcharge: Travel is calculated from Wollongong.
Depending on location, travel fees will be quoted on enquiry.
FAQ's
Will I have exclusive use of the party area?
Yes. It is for your party only; you will not be sharing the room with anyone.
Can I order any extra food on the day?
Yes. If the children’s parents decide to stay and you want to provide a platter or drinks, this can be arranged on the day. If you know you will be having relatives or friends staying prior to the day, then we can email you through a menu.
How long is the room hire?
The room hire is 2 hours. Please enquire if you would like extra time and we will provide you with the extra costs.
Can I bring my own decorations?
The room is fairly plain with trestle tables available for you to utilise and decorate however you wish. The club will provide plates and cutlery for the food. We also use two disco lights which flash and spin all different colours on the walls. If you are having a themed event you are more than welcome to bring your own decorated plates, napkins and cups to suit. If you would like to decorate the room please feel free to do so, we only ask that you only use blutac on the walls and take anything you would like to keep with you on the day.
Is this party suitable for boys and girls?
Yes, most customers chose this type of party because they are trying to cater to both boys and girls. The songs and games we play are not gender specific at all. Also remember we always tailor the party to suit the age, gender and musical interest of the children present at your party.
When do the children have a food break?
We give the children a 15 minute food break in the middle of the disco. This is also when the entertainer will put cool tattoos on the children.
When do we do the birthday cake?
The cake will be done after the disco.
Do I need to do anything during the party?
No, you need to relax and enjoy yourself. You should be socialising with your guests, taking photos and drinking Champagne…hehe.
Are the entertainers ‘screened’?
Yes all the staff and entertainers of Bop till you Drop have been approved by the ‘Working with Children Check’.
What if someone hurts themselves, are you insured?
Yes, Bop till you Drop has $20 million dollars Public Liability Insurance.
